Through CHCM, you can contribute, volunteer, and find credible information and resources related to health causes most important to you.
As the local affiliate of Community Health Charities of America, CHCM is part of a powerful contingent of employer partners, workplace donors, and vital health charities making a difference and changing lives. Our 34 member health charities provide crucial health research, prevention and support services for the more than 44% of Minnesotans affected by chronic illness.
